Our early sessions focus on establishing trust, exploring what brings you to therapy, and creating a foundation of safety before we go anywhere that feels tender. There is no rushing here.

Developing Skills & Resources

You'll learn tools to regulate your nervous system and stay grounded — skills you can use in and out of session. This step is not optional; it is the soil in which deeper healing can grow.

Processing & Healing

When you're ready, we move into processing — gently working through the experiences that have kept you stuck, using EMDR or other approaches suited to your history.

Integration & Moving Forward

Healing is not about forgetting. It's about integrating — carrying your story lightly so it no longer runs the show. We'll close the therapeutic work thoughtfully, on your timeline.
