Session Fees

I offer both out-of-network options and self-pay services, with transparent rates so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Sliding Scale

I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who demonstrate financial need. If the full fee would be a barrier to care, please mention this during our consultation and I will do my best to find a path forward.

The Motherhood Mosaic Package

10 session bundle — $1000 (self pay only)
10 individual sessions (intake included). Suggested schedule: 4 prenatal sessions for processing perinatal mood changes, discussing boundaries, and preparing for postpartum support, plus 6 postpartum sessions to process birth and the parenthood transition, screen for and treat PMAD symptoms, and gain support through the unique challenges you are facing.

Insurance

I am currently in the process of being paneled by insurance networks, but am not currently able to bill insurance directly. Once paneled, I will have a limited number of spaces reserved for clients billing through insurance. For self pay and out-of-network clients, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your benefits.

Benefits of self-selecting self pay:

• No required formal diagnosis on your health record
• Insurance doesn't have access to therapy notes
• Care is on your timeline, not the timeline an insurance company would prefer
• Reasons for seeking care don't need to be justified for coverage

Clients have the option to move from insurance billing to a self pay structure at any point.

Cancellation Policy

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the applicable session fee, and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. I understand that illnesses and emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible and we will work together to find a solution.
