Session Fees

I offer both out-of-network options and self-pay services, with transparent rates so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Sliding Scale

I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who demonstrate financial need. If the full fee would be a barrier to care, please mention this during our consultation and I will do my best to find a path forward.

The Motherhood Mosaic Package

10 session bundle — $1200
Includes 10 total individual sessions, with the intake session included in that 10-session total (each session is 45–50 minutes). Compared with booking an intake at $175 plus nine individual sessions at $150 each ($1525 total), this package saves $325. Suggested schedule: 4 prenatal sessions for processing perinatal mood changes, discussing boundaries, and preparing for postpartum support, plus 6 postpartum sessions to process birth and the parenthood transition, screen for and treat PMAD symptoms, and gain support through the unique challenges you are facing.

Insurance

I have availability for both out-of-network clients and clients billing through insurance. I am in the process of being paneled through BCBS of Michigan and HAP, but I cannot currently bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your benefits.

Benefits of self-selecting cash pay: no required formal diagnosis, your insurance company does not have access to therapy notes, diagnoses, or reasons for seeking care and therefore cannot decline to pay, and access to care that may not be covered by insurance (such as grief therapy).

Cancellation Policy

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the applicable session fee, and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. I understand that illnesses and emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible and we will work together to find a solution.
